I know I sound like a crazy dog lady with too much time on my hands…but I am so grateful by the way that you breed your pups in many ways.  I am so disappointed in almost all of the doodle breeders and I wish there was a blue ribbon that I could stamp on your farm.  I know it’s luck of the draw in health matters, but here are a few important things that I think set you FAR, FAR apart from the rest:
First, I want to quickly get out the perfect health my dog has had, great coat, eyes teeth, hips.  She smiles with happiness. The cleanliness of the facility.  The love the mothers had for their pups and natural relationship with the two of you.  They felt secure and loved which transfers to their pups.
Most important, you have the idea that these are dogs/puppies, with dog needs, i.e. playing with their littermates, bonding with mommy, interaction with humans…not wiggly money makers that need to be kept on a pillow.
You allow the pups (in Florida) to hear the sounds of the outside, see other litters and smell the fresh air. The other breeders feel this is WAY too dangerous.  Your pup is fearless – even barks AT thunder at times.  She is confident in herself and it’s wonderful to see.
The bonding with the mother and littermates created a confident, playful girl, that’s willing to take on a challenge. She has common sense, yet sensitive to commands and wants to be a good girl so strong discipline has never been necessary.  She WANTS to be part of the pack, not stubborn at all.
You let us pick out our own pup and didn’t assign one.  We found our perfect fit.
She is the size you promised and her health has been perfect.. Also despite the odd sizes of the parents, she is mostly symmetrical .. just slightly longer than she is tall, but that may change over the next 6 months?  (Hope not, I love her size)
Thank you for remembering that these are pups.  Please don’t ever lose sight of that. Please keep the process where they do get love, play and early experiences.  I know you make money for doing this, but you are doing a good thing by breeding/raising these pups in your way.  I feel it’s done with high regard for the animals, with high morals.  Thank you.  You are the opposite end of the puppy mill.  I hope that you feel really proud of your product and what that love and happiness has provided for so many families.
Sorry so long.  Occasionally I run across an exemplary people and I want them to know. – Stephanie

Hey Lisa,
I am absolutely in love with Winston!!
I can e mail you pics of him or text you, whatever is easiest! Feel free to share my information, I would love to tell them how happy I am with my pup. I also tell everyone that stops me (which is A LOT) where I got him from and how amazed I am at how calm and well behaved he is and how much I would recommend you all to them!
Let me know about the pics and thanks again for everything, Winston is the best! – Lindsay

Hi Mike and Lisa, we brought “Kippy” home last Thursday and we love him to pieces already! He has adjusted very well and sleeps all night – probably because he is cuddling with Thomas, our 13 year old son. He learned to climb the steps already and this morning made it up all of them. (Darn, now we have more places to look when we lose track of him momentarily and have to search the house!). Our 5 year old Weimaraner is not so fond of Kippy, but we hope this will change as the jealousy wears off and Jeter realizes we still love him a ton.

Anyway, I’m sure you get many emails from your puppies’ new owners but I just wanted to drop a line to thank you again for giving us this wonderful addition to our family.- Lisa

We would like to thank all of you at County Minidoodles for Ella Belle.  She is almost 7 months old and is, by far, the best puppy we have ever had.  She potty trained almost immediately.  And, she learns everything very quickly.  We love her more than we can put into words.  Ella is an amazing addition to our family.  She loves being near us.  Whether that means spending time playing with toys in the kitchen or lying on the couch and snuggling when we are watching TV.  And, we are so happy that you brought Maverick on board to sire an all-black mini doodle.  She barely weighs 17 pounds so she is the perfect size.  We would love to be on your list of thrilled owners and would be happy to talk or email with anyone that is looking for information about Country Minidoodles.  Again, THANK YOU. All our best – Pearl & Joe

I have been meaning to email you to tell you how happy we are with our little guy! He has such a friendly and funny personality! He picked up potty training right away and is always eager to please.

We get stopped every time we walk him by people asking what kind of dog is he, where did we get him, how he looks just like teddy bear, and all the stuff you’ve probably heard a million times. I’ve had at least ten people have me email them your website! We bring him everywhere, and are always flooded with people who want to pet him and know more about him.

You all do a great job breeding these guys! Thank you for everything! We would definitely come back to you for another puppy! – Nicole

Hi Lisa and Mike! In honor of Maggie’s 4 month birthday tomorrow we just wanted to say Hi and give you and update and a few pictures of our growing girl!! Maggie is doing great and loves her new home. She is now 15 pounds. She’s got all her shots and just LOVES going to the dog park! She is getting along great with the other dogs in the family and is learning so quick! She is already fully potty trained and is already starting to learn new tricks with her trainer. She has officially made her way into the bed at night. Couldn’t resist, she is just the best cuddler in the morning lol. She is such a good listener and we love her so much! She has made a great addition to our little family! Thank you again for our little Maggie! Can’t wait to see her grow! – Molly

Just wanted to send you a few new pictures of Maggie! She is doing great and getting big! Just turned 8 months old over the weekend! She is so cute and so much fun!! Just loves playing with all the dogs and kids in the family! Hope all is well with you all! – Molly & Maggie

Thank you!!! You do a great job!! We love him. A bit of a handful at times but the most loving sweet and adorable boy! 9months Gus – Susan

This is Sonia. We can’t believe our puppies are almost one year old!! They are both the sweetest dogs ever!!!!! Everywhere we go people want to pet them and ask what kind of dogs they are and where we got them. We have mentioned your website many times, everyone loves these dogs!! I wanted to ask you if you recommend a certain type of shampoo for the doodles? We love Dixie and Duke they are definitely part of our family, always want to be right by us! Duke is more of the protector. Dixie and Duke still enjoy play fighting with each other. They don’t seem to be really hurting each other so I guess that is okay right? They are so fun and such a joy to our family!! Thank you for helping to bring them into this world! We love our mini doodles! – Sonia

Hi Mike and Lisa! I wanted to give you an update on our sweet Ripple girl. (She is one of Maggie’s girls, born December 20, 2014)

She is such a wonderful puppy, we all just love her! Even my husband, who we strong-armed into getting a dog, absolutely adores her! He brings her goodies all the time and gushes over her!

Ripple wags her tail in circles when she greets us. And, always brings us “gifts” – something she picks up along the way and “talks” to us when we come in (or if we’re not paying enough attention to her!).

Matthew, my 15 year old. taught her how to play tag!! They run back and forth tagging each other!

Paul, my husband, taught her sit, shake and down. And the word “cookie”. ????

She loves people but is not too crazy about other dogs. She is tough until they get close, then she’s very submissive and a scaredy cat. Or, she gets so excited to play that she goes up on her hind legs with her arms up to greet them (which is never well-received by other dogs).  When I take her to the dog park, she’s happy sitting on the bench next to me. We think it’s because she thinks she’s a human and not a dog ????

So far she doesn’t love the water or swimming but loves baths. And blow dryers. And the groomer.

She got fixed 2 weeks ago and loved wearing her soft cone of shame. In fact, she still sometimes carries it around and tries to put it on her own head. It was bright blue so we called it her “Lightning rally cap” during the hockey playoffs.

She loves to stretch, stretch, stretch! In the morning when we get up and head outside, she takes her sweet time – lounging, stretching and waiting for belly scratches. She likes to sleep late and take her time getting up.

When she gets in what we call “piggy mode” (on a daily basis) she runs around like a banshee, racing around trees, tucking her tail under her butt and zooming around everywhere. She also loves to dig!

Ripple loves smelling flowers. Sometimes she’s too preoccupied smelling flowers to go to the bathroom.

She will bring us her leash when she has to go outside.

In addition to a good belly or butt scratch, she loves having her toes tickled and will spray them open for more tickle.

In terms of food, she is the pickiest puppy we’ve ever seen. She won’t eat most dog bones or biscuits. I bought a bag of all-natural blueberry and sweet potato little dog bones and she refuses to eat them, or anything like them. I mixed them in her food and she picks them out and leaves them on the ground. For days! She likes dehydrated liver treats. And eating is a leisurely process – she snacks here and there as she wants.

She is the sweetest, most loyal, smartest puppy in the world! She is my little sweetheart and rarely leaves my side. My older son Zack said that she is so attached to me that it’s “counterproductive” LOL! Because if I’m not home she sits by the door and pines for me. He said they can entertain her for a while, but then she remembers I’m gone and goes back to the door to wait for me.

Thank you for your love and care breeding and raising these beautiful puppies! I hope you are both well. – Lisa
